Rhiannon Dingley

Founder & Lead Myotherapist

Rhiannon Dingley is the founder and lead Myotherapist at RAD Recovery. After establishing the RAD Recovery brand in 2017 and working within multidisciplinary clinic environments, she opened RAD Recovery as its own dedicated clinic in April 2024. Her goal has always been simple: to help people reduce pain, move better, and get back to doing the things they love.

Experience

Rhiannon has a strong background in sports and musculoskeletal care, including experience as a sports trainer with the Collingwood Football Club across their AFL, AFLW and VFL programs. She has also supported a range of local sporting clubs throughout the Yarra Valley, helping athletes recover from injury, improve movement, and perform at their best.

Who She Treats

Rhiannon works with a wide range of clients, from athletes and tradies to office workers, parents, retirees, and everyone in between. She treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder injuries, tendon issues, plantar fasciitis, sports injuries, and movement restrictions.

Her Approach

Using hands-on Myotherapy, dry needling, cupping, soft tissue techniques, and personalised rehabilitation exercises, Rhiannon focuses on understanding the factors contributing to a client’s pain and creating practical strategies to improve recovery, movement, and confidence in their body.

Her Philosophy

Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Rhiannon takes the time to listen, assess and tailor every treatment to the individual. She believes great treatment is about more than just relieving symptoms — it’s about helping people feel confident in their body and return to the activities they enjoy.

Off Duty

Outside the clinic, Rhiannon loves spending time with her family, especially her two nieces and two nephews. She’s a passionate Carlton supporter, enjoys catching up with friends over a mimosa, and can usually be found relaxing with a good crime or murder mystery series.
